tash n i did a mystery box. tash’s mum n dad bought the ingredients, and then we had 45min (extended slightly) to cook our dish. i did a spiced pistachio crusted chicken breast with Julianne vegetables, garlic butter sauteed mushrooms and a potato grattan. tash did a pistachio crumb schnitzel with a zucchini/potato frittata and a caramelized onion and tomato bed for the schnitzel. a glass or two of church block, some good company, and a good night was had by all. roll on life.
